Normal purchases are final

Every successful payment immediately buys promotional placement, even if your rank later falls or you finish outside the top three. Those outcomes do not create a refund right, except where law requires otherwise.

Late and technical payments

A payment confirmed as completed at or after the round deadline receives no rank credit and is automatically submitted to Dodo Payments for a full refund. Provider review or payment-rail timing can delay completion. Duplicate charges, erroneous credits, and technical failures are investigated and corrected.

How to ask for help

Email support@bidblind.fun with the Dodo payment ID and checkout email. Never send card details. Statutory consumer and cooling-off rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
