The service

BidBlind sells time-limited, dynamic digital promotional placement. You authorize the exact amount shown at hosted checkout. Position can decrease as others purchase more placement, and results are not guaranteed to produce traffic, sales, or any business outcome.

Your promises

You have authority to advertise the submitted project; your content and destination are lawful, accurate, and safe; and you will not manipulate payments, rankings, reports, or platform availability.

Availability and moderation

We may pause payments, remove unsafe public content, and correct technical errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Financial records remain auditable when a listing is hidden.

Liability and governing terms

Applicable consumer rights are not waived. Jurisdiction-specific liability limits, governing law, business identity, and dispute terms must be completed by qualified counsel before launch.
